Así que, el trabajo hará una descripción normativa aplicada en el ámbito privado, para luego establecer los requisitos y características de la sentencia anticipada en la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa, al igual que las características del mecanismo del llamamiento en garantía y del medio de control de repetición, a fin de establecer si la terminación anticipada de un proceso judicial permite garantizar la responsabilidad patrimonial del servidor público.With the admission into force of Law 2080 of 2021 it is intended to generate changes in the perception of a timely and rapid justice, through shorter judicial procedures, so the legislator incorporated the judicial figure of the anticipated sentence, which has been applied in the ordinary jurisdiction for some time.
