Durante el transcurso del proyecto se examina las diferentes etapas de la planeación como lo son: la definición del alcance, la estructura de desglose del trabajo , los tiempos de ejecución para las diferentes etapas del proyecto y así mismo los costos asociados a cada una de estas etapas. Se analiza la distribución de los recursos humanos y los riesgos que puede presentar en el proyecto, finalizando se simulan diferentes comportamientos en las etapas mencionadas anteriormente para su respectivos análisis y conclusiones. .In the following work is the planning and execution analysis of a telecommunications project that aims to simulate the installation and deployment of DPI servers and Tariff Builder software in a productive environment, for the creation of personalized offers aimed at the prepaid segment of a mobile operator.
