Si bien es cierto el medio ambiente ha sido siempre esencial para la vida, pero en la actualidad existen factores en especial que hacen parte de la economía informal que son nocivos para la preservación del medio ambiente, y en ese aspecto es necesario tomar en cuenta que el observatorio es una garantía para poder consolidar información cierta, eficiente, eficaz al momento de aplicar planes y programas necesarios para el mejoramiento del medio ambiente.In the municipality of Ituango, the implementation of an environmental legal observatory is fundamental.
