Bucaramanga, Colombiahttp://hdl.handle.net/11634/49692El presente informe de prácticas empresariales es el resultado de un proceso de pasantías llevado a cabo en el área de Auditoría Interna TI y Ciberseguridad de la empresa Mibanco, con una duración de seis meses. Este proceso fue realizado como parte de los requisitos para optar por el título de Ingeniero de Telecomunicaciones y su objetivo principal es fortalecer los conocimientos adquiridos en el proceso de aprendizaje. En este informe se presentan los objetivos planteados al inicio de las prácticas, las actividades y tareas realizadas, así como las habilidades y conocimientos adquiridos a lo largo del proceso. También se pretende mostrar cómo la pasantía ha contribuido al desarrollo profesional y académico del estudiante, al brindar la oportunidad de aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos en el aula de clases en un entorno empresarial real. Además, es importante destacar que la realización de esta pasantía en el área de Auditoría Interna TI y Ciberseguridad permitió al estudiante tener una visión más amplia de los procesos de seguridad de la información y de la importancia que estos tienen en el entorno empresarial actual. Asimismo, el estudiante pudo conocer las metodologías y estándares de auditoría utilizados en el área, como la metodología COBIT y los estándares de seguridad de la información ISO/IEC 27001 y NIST 800-53.This internship report is the result of an internship process carried out in the IT Internal Audit and Cybersecurity area of the company Mibanco, with a duration of six months. This process was carried out as part of the requirements to obtain the degree of Telecommunications Engineer, and its main objective is to strengthen the knowledge acquired in the learning process. This report presents the objectives set at the beginning of the internship, the activities and tasks performed, as well as the skills and knowledge acquired throughout the process. It is also intended to show how the internship has contributed to the professional and academic development of the student, by providing the opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired in the classroom in a real business environment. In addition, it is important to highlight that this internship around IT Internal Audit and Cybersecurity allowed the student to have a broader vision of information security processes and their importance in today's business environment.
