El principal objetivo de este trabajo fue brindar apoyo técnico en las labores de seguimiento, supervisión y documentación de intervenciones territoriales, con énfasis en la conservación y el funcionamiento adecuado de la malla vial del municipio. Igualmente, esta pasantía permitió reconocer la importancia de realizar proyectos que fortalezcan el control técnico y administrativo del desarrollo vial de la ciudad. De igual manera, está instancia práctica tuvo relación con los desafíos actuales que enfrentan las administraciones locales en materia de movilidad urbana, logrando realizar análisis técnico, y formulación de propuestas para mejorar los procesos internos de supervisión y gestión documental.The internship was developed in the Territorial Infrastructure Secretariat of the Mayor's Office of Tunja, as part of the training process to obtain the degree of Civil Engineer of the Universidad Santo Tomás, Seccional Tunja. The main objective of this work was to provide technical support in the work of monitoring, supervision and documentation of territorial interventions, with emphasis on the conservation and proper functioning of the road network of the municipality. This internship also made it possible to recognize the importance of carrying out projects that strengthen the technical and administrative control of the city's road development.
