Alemania puede aportar a la cuestión su experiencia con la restitución de tierras después de la reunificación del país en 1990, por lo que allá se crearon estructuras orgánicas y jurídicas para realizar un sistema de restitución y de compensación que preservarían los derechos fundamentales desde la perspectiva del Estado de Derecho y que al mismo tiempo garantizarían estructuras agrarias sostenibles.Within the framework of the aims of the Colombo German institute for peace, called CAPAZ, Santo Tomás University carried out the present project with the general objective of orienting it towards a study compared with Germany.
