Por tanto, se pretende sustentar dichas percepciones a través del siguiente análisis, en donde se realizara una prospección y comparación entre la ciudad de Valparaíso (Chile) y la ciudad de Buenaventura (Colombia), a fin de identificar las diferencias a nivel de impacto socioeconómico que existen entre estas dos ciudades; y así determinar si dichas diferencias se generan por la actividad portuaria ejercida.As a result of the academic visit to the port of Valparaíso (Chile) and the tourist tour that took place in the neighboring cities such as Valparaíso and Viña del Mar, it was possible to contrast the notable gap that exists between a port city such as Buenaventura (Colombia) and the aforementioned city of Valparaíso (Chile), in Regarding the level of social and economic development for the Buenos Aires society of each city.
