Repositoriohttp://hdl.handle.net/11634/53236Este informe es el resultado de distintas labores realizadas durante la pasantía en la Gerencia de Industria, Empleo y Emprendimiento, adscrita a la Secretaria de Competitividad y Desarrollo Económico en Gobernación del Meta. Se dió oportunidad de participar en diversas labores que abarcan áreas fundamentales para el desarrollo del departamento como impulsar el emprendimiento, mejorar la política pública de empleo, emprendimiento y trabajo decente, y brindar apoyo integral a los funcionarios de la gerencia. Durante la pasantía de cuatro meses, se permitió comprender la importancia de la planificación en cada tarea y el valor del apoyo brindado a emprendimientos y municipios en el territorio, mediante la participación activa en la ejecución de iniciativas destinadas a fomentar el emprendimiento en el departamento del Meta y a la contribución al desarrollo y mejora de la política pública relacionada con el empleo, el emprendimiento y el trabajo decente en el departamento. Al concluir este informe, se presentará recomendaciones para mejorar la eficiencia y efectividad de las actividades realizadas por la Gerencia de Industria, Empleo y Emprendimiento. Estas recomendaciones se basarán en la experiencia adquirida y las observaciones durante la pasantía, con el objetivo de contribuir al continuo progreso y desarrollo de la secretaria para el territorio.This report is the result of different tasks carried out during the internship in the Industry, Employment and Entrepreneurship Management, attached to the Secretary of Competitiveness and Economic Development in the Governorate of Meta. The opportunity was given to participate in various tasks covering key areas for the development of the department such as promoting entrepreneurship, improving public policy on employment, entrepreneurship and decent work, and providing comprehensive support to management officials. During the four-month internship, it was possible to understand the importance of planning in each task and the value of the support provided to entrepreneurship and municipalities in the territory, through active participation in the implementation of initiatives aimed at promoting entrepreneurship in the department of Meta and contributing to the development and improvement of public policy related to employment, entrepreneurship and decent work in the department. At the conclusion of this report, recommendations will be presented to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the activities carried out by the Management of Industry, Employment and Entrepreneurship.
