Inicialmente se indaga acerca del concepto de arquetipo del héroe, desde las aportaciones del psicoanálisis del mito, luego se identifican aspectos iconológicos con la metodología de Aby Warburg, tanto en la cerámica mochica de zorro guerrero, como en el ánfora del Vaticano, para analizar posteriormente posibles asociaciones entre las representaciones arquetípicas del camino del héroe de Joseph Campbell en estos recipientes.This research aims to compare two types of pottery from a historiographic study from the contributions of Joseph Campbell in his book "The Hero of the Thousand Faces" in which he develops the concept of the archetype of the hero.
