Repositorio Institucional.http://hdl.handle.net/11634/50484El presente documento da cuenta de una investigación cualitativa de análisis documental que, a través de tres capítulos, aborda referentes teóricos, históricos y legales sobre el arte transgénico, el bioarte y el arte contemporáneo; revisando los retos, tanto éticos como prácticos, que supone el vínculo entre los avances científicos, tecnológicos y genéticos con las diversas formas que usa el arte actual para expresarse. Se trata, básicamente, de la exposición de las reflexiones suscitadas a partir de la búsqueda, acopio, análisis y sistematización de información clave para reconocer las discusiones que se dan hoy día, en el ámbito académico, acerca del sentido que se le ha otorgado al arte vivo, así como los retos bioéticos que comprometen su creación, su exposición, sus medios y sus fines.This document gives an account of a qualitative research of documentary analysis that, through three chapters, addresses theoretical, historical and legal references on transgenic art, bioart and contemporary art; reviewing the challenges, both ethical and practical, posed by the link between scientific, technological and genetic advances with the various forms that current art uses to express itself.
