Para ello, será indispensable, comenzar examinando los lineamientos generales del apartheid, tomando como referencia el caso de Sudáfrica, así como la normativa internacional vigente relacionada con este crimen. Posteriormente, se estudia la situación específica del conflicto entre el Estado Israel y Palestina, evaluando si se configura el crimen de apartheid en este contexto. Y, finalmente, se desarrolla una conclusión respecto del tema.This article analyzes current debates about the armed situation between the State of Israel and Palestine dating from the 20th century, focusing on the possible commission of the crime against humanity called Apartheid on the Palestinian population. For this, it will be indispensable to start by examining the general guidelines of apartheid, taking as a reference the case of South Africa, as well as the current international regulations related to this crime. Subsequently, the specific situation of the conflict between the State of Israel and Palestine is studied, evaluating whether the crime of apartheid is configured in this context.
