Villavicencio, Meta, Colombia: Facultad de Negocios Internacionales, Universidad Santo Tomás.http://hdl.handle.net/11634/14195El presente trabajo se realizó en el marco de los 6 meses de prácticas realizadas en la cámara de comercio de Villavicencio, en el área de competitividad, se enfoca en exponer las estrategias que desarrolla la cámara de comercio junto con aliados importantes como procolombia, Invima y Gobernación del Meta entre otros, para apoyar a los empresarios y emprendedores con el objetivo de mejorar la competitividad a nivel regional, nacional e internacional. Desde la coordinación de competitividad aparecen las iniciativas clúster, que se desarrollan con el objetivo de generan un importante apoyo a los empresarios de la región, en actividades como talleres, reuniones, convenios, visitas de apoyo en herramientas que permitan cumplir con la reglamentación nacional para su fabricación, comercialización y seguridad en el trabajo,y logren mejorar los índices de competitividad. Actualmente, la cámara de comercio lidera el clúster de pan de arroz y frutas. El éxito de estas actividades radica en el acompañamiento y seguimiento por parte de la cámara y la constancia de los empresarios.The present work was carried out in the framework of 6 months of empresarial practice realized in the chamber of commerce of villavicencio, in the area of competitive. in focus on exposing the estrategies developed by the chamber along whit other importants entitites like; PROCOLOMBIA, GOBERNACIÓN DEL META, INVIMA, among others. to support entrepreneus and entrepreneurship, whit the objective of improving competitiveness at the regional, national and international. From the coordination of competitiveness cluster initiatives appear, which are developed with the aim of generating important support for entrepreneurs in the region, in activities such as workshops, meetings, agreements, support visits in tools that allow compliance with national regulations for its manufacturing, commercialization and safety at work, and manage to improve the competitiveness indexes. Currently the Chamber of Commerce leads the rice bread and fruit cluster.
