Se aplicó el cuestionario perfil de estrés de Nowack que cuenta con 7 escalas y 9 subescalas relacionadas con el estrés, así como también se hizo un seguimiento en el resultado deportivo del equipo durante el torneo ASCUN 2016. Los resultados permitieron identificar el promedio de cada una de las escalas y subescalas y la posible influencia de cada una de ellas en el resultado deportivo, concluyendo una influencia ya sea positiva o negativa de las escalas en el resultado deportivo.The objective of this research was to evaluate the stress profile and the athletic performance in the volleyball players of the ASCUN team of the University of Santo Tomás Sectional Bucaramanga, the sample was 30 students, 16 men and 14 women.
