Narrativas sobre el proceso administrativo de restablecimiento de derechos de los adolescentes y sus familias vinculados al sistema de responsabilidad penal para adolescenteshttp://hdl.handle.net/11634/10306En el marco social, cultural y político por el que atraviesan los derechos de los niños, niñas y adolescentes, se desarrolla la siguiente investigación, esta tiene como objetivo, comprender la construcción narrativa sobre el proceso Administrativo de Restablecimiento de Derechos de los adolescentes y sus familias vinculados al Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal para Adolescentes. Para esto, se realiza un estudio cualitativo, enmarcado en una epistemología constructivista, narrativa y cibernética de segundo orden. El método empleado para el desarrollo de la investigación tuvo dos estrategias fundamentales, las cuales son, entrevista focalizada y organizadores gráficos, por consiguiente, se seleccionaron tres adolescentes y sus familias vinculados al Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal y con apertura en el Proceso de Restablecimiento de Derechos. Los hallazgos permiten entrever el significado que los participantes han construido en torno al Proceso de Restablecimiento de Derechos, reflejan de manera positiva el proceso que adelantan. Los relatos dan cuenta de la funcionalidad que ha tenido el proceso, así como el acompañamiento de los progenitores, es un factor determinante en cuanto a la permanecía y comportamiento del adolescente en la institución, a su vez es un canal de comunicación asertivo entre familia y equipo técnico, dando especial importancia a las transiciones de cambio, el significado y la reestructuración que ha generado el Proceso Administrativo de Restablecimiento de Derechos en los adolescentes y sus familias.In the social, cultural and political framework through which the rights of children and adolescents cross, the following research is developed, this one has as objective, to understand the narrative construction on the administrative process of Restoration of Rights of adolescents and their families linked to the System of Criminal Responsibility for Adolescents. For this, a qualitative study is carried out, framed in a second order constructivist, narrative and cybernetic epistemology. The method used for the development of the investigation had two fundamental strategies, which are, focused interview and graphic organizers, therefore, three adolescents and their families linked to the Criminal Responsibility System were selected and with opening in the Process of Restoration of Rights. . The findings allow to glimpse the meaning that the participants have built around the Process of Restoration of Rights, reflect in a positive way the process that they advance.
