El proyecto arquitectónico se enfatiza en una infraestructura abierta, con espacios flexibles mediante tabiques o paneles corredizos para las actividades homogéneas (interpretación de instrumentos individual y en conjunto), en donde se interrelacionan con los demás espacios (circulaciones libres, ágoras, llenos y vacíos, zonas verdes, plazoleta de presentaciones para actividades culturales al aire libre, de manera cotidiana), esto complementa o da lugar a los senderos con luces indirectas a partir de pérgolas de madera y arborización en el entorno; puntos de encuentro entre las circulaciones crean plazoletas internas (vacíos) y externas (libres) permitiendo la ventilación cruzada del centro cultural, desarrollando ritmos de composición en relación a la sobriedad del edificio horizontal enfatizando en su estructura y materiales a la vista, formando parte del entramado vegetal dentro del casco urbano Sarareño.The cultural center of music and dance aims to reactivate and safeguard the culture of the municipality, achieving integration and connectivity with the llaneras roots, capturing the autochthonous, and essential through a dimension of contemporary architectural projection as a cultural means to generate an appropriation and give origin to an architecture raised from the formal, the popular and the environment.
