De esta manera, a lo largo del documento se podrá observar el análisis de la empresa en la cual fue realizada la práctica, por medio de un DOFA y como a partir de ahí, se desarrolla y crea una estrategia de plan de mejora para la unidad, que se piensa a un futuro como un “paso a paso” para los coordinadores de cada programa, enfocándonos, evidentemente en el bienestar y mejora de la unidad, pero al mismo tiempo de la atención prestada a los estudiantes y docentes que conforman la misma. De esta manera, al finalizar este documento, se evidenciará las propuestas de plan de mejora, aprobadas por el Coordinador de Posgrados, Tutor de la práctica y el Comité de Opciones de grado de la facultad de Negocios Internacionales.This document is developed as part of the internship project. In this way, throughout the document it will be possible to observe the analysis of the company in which the internship was carried out, by means of a SWOT and how from there, an improvement plan strategy is developed and created for the unit, which is thought in the future as a "step by step" for the coordinators of each program, focusing, evidently in the welfare and improvement of the unit, but at the same time of the attention given to the students and teachers that conform the same one.
