Para ello se realizó un estudio de tipo descriptivo con el fin de conocer y analizar la captación de los clientes potenciales, mediante la aplicación de encuestas y un grupo focal. A partir de los resultados obtenidos, se creó el producto turístico CHAPETOUR, que fue presentado antes los directivos y miembros de Marketing de la Asociación Chapecoense de Futbol quienes aceptaron la propuesta y viabilidad del proyecto.This project is an idea that arises during the III International School of Agricultural Business Administration, its purpose was to design a tourist product from the Chapecoense Football Association and its Arena Condá stadium. For this, a descriptive study was conducted in order to know and analyze the recruitment of potential customers, through the application of surveys and a focus group.
