Para ello, se planteó la figura de reposición y ampliación de la actual sede, proponiendo un nuevo equipamiento educativo, para una capacidad de 480 estudiantes, incorporando nuevas pedagogías de enseñanza que mediante el cambio de ambientes estimula la creatividad y procesos cognitivos de aprendizaje. En principio se entrevistaron a los profesores y estudiantes sobre las problemáticas actuales que tiene la institución, mediante la documentación gráfica y textual se consolidó una caracterización del estado actual de la infraestructura de la básica primaria; el diagnóstico dejó en evidencia que la infraestructura no cuenta con los espacios mínimos requeridos por la NTC 4595 para el normal desarrollo de actividades escolares. Se realizó un estudio sobre infraestructuras educativas para comprender su evolución a través de los años y de la normativa vigente en el país. Por consiguiente se hace un análisis profundo del lugar para identificar variables ambientales, sociales y culturales importantes, que influyen con gran jerarquía en la concepción del proyecto arquitectónico. Finalmente se concluye en la etapa de diseño, en dónde se desarrollaron laboratorios de espacialidad, luz y sistemas constructivos, buscando enriquecer y que sea viable la propuesta arquitectónica. La básica primaria del técnico industrial será un equipamiento que le permitirá a la comunidad sonsoneña tener un espacio digno y de calidad para la formación de los niños y jóvenes.The main objective of the following architectural project is to supply the spatial and social problems that the students of the elementary school of the Industrial Technical College "Antonio Álvarez Restrepo" currently have, located in the municipality of Sonsón, Antioquia. For this, the figure of replacement and expansion of the current headquarters was proposed, proposing a new educational equipment, for a capacity of 480 students, incorporating new teaching pedagogies that, through the change of environments, stimulate creativity and cognitive learning processes. In principle, teachers and students were interviewed about the current problems that the institution has, through graphic and textual documentation, a characterization of the current state of the basic primary infrastructure was consolidated; The diagnosis made it clear that the infrastructure does not have the minimum spaces required by NTC 4595 for the normal development of school activities. A study on educational infrastructure was carried out to understand its evolution over the years and the regulations in force in the country. Therefore, a deep analysis of the place is made to identify important environmental, social and cultural variables that influence with great hierarchy the conception of the architectural project. Finally, it concludes in the design stage, where laboratories of spatiality, light and construction systems were developed, seeking to enrich and make the architectural proposal viable.
