Resalta la existencia de múltiples expresiones artísticas a causa del arribo a la ciudad de diferentes poblaciones provenientes de todo el país y con ello gran diversidad de culturas y tradiciones autóctonas. Teniendo en cuenta esta población flotante, se propone realizar una intervención arquitectónica y urbana a la ciudad debido a su baja cobertura en infraestructura enfocada a la formación y aprendizaje artístico y la baja accesibilidad a estos escenarios y espacios artísticos en la ciudad. Considerando las diferentes dinámicas y actividades poblacionales expresivas en cada sector que componen la ciudad de Tunja. El proyecto se centra en resolver la movilidad y desplazamiento por parte de las diferentes agrupaciones de artes escénicas e interpretativas presentes y garantizar la accesibilidad a los escenarios adecuados, a través de un eje ferroviario preexistente que conecte la ciudad transversalmente en sentido norte, centro y sur. La propuesta contempla diferentes módulos de formación cultural replicables en los puntos de influencia más cercanos, que comparten una similitud en cuanto al rol, formalidad y materialidad de espacios de los ambientes presentes. Bajo el concepto de compartir “arte y cultura”, se incorpora al proyecto el “patio” como determinante de diseño, con el fin de crear lugares abiertos que funcionan como centros de encuentros y retroalimentación artística, anclados a la caminabilidad de redes peatonales como estrategia de conectividad de los módulos culturales. Finalmente, el objetivo es responder a las necesidades formativas artísticas de los usuarios ubicados dentro de los sectores a intervenir, teniendo en cuenta su proximidad con el eje ferroviario estructurante. Para ello, se proponen volumetrías que se mimetizan con su contexto inmediato generando sensaciones paisajísticas y accesos abiertos, articuladas en la ciudad por medio de recorridos, transiciones y permanencias, facilitando las distancias y tejiendo así una red cultural compuesta de diversos servicios formativos a lo largo de Tunja.The city of Tunja is characterized by a high educational demand due to the presence of a variety of secondary and higher education institutions. The existence of multiple artistic expressions stands out due to the arrival to the city of different populations from all over the country and with it a great diversity of cultures and native traditions. Taking into account this floating population, an architectural and urban intervention is carried out in the city due to its low coverage in infrastructure focused on artistic training and learning and the low accessibility to these scenarios and artistic spaces in the city. Considering the different dynamics and expressive population activities in each sector that make up the city of Tunja, the project focuses on resolving the mobility and displacement of the different performing arts groups present and guaranteeing accessibility to the appropriate scenarios, through a pre-existing railroad axis that connects the city transversely in a north, central and south direction. The proposal contemplates different cultural training modules that can be replicated in the nearest points of influence, which share a similarity in terms of the role, formality and materiality of the spaces of the environments present. Under the concept of sharing "art and culture", the "patio" is incorporated into the project as a design determinant, in order to create open places that function as centers for meetings and artistic feedback, anchored to the walkability of pedestrian networks as a connectivity strategy for the cultural modules. Finally, the objective is to respond to the artistic training needs of the users located within the sectors to be intervened, taking into account their proximity to the structuring railway axis.
