Likewise, the methodology used allowed the identification of two fields of action for the USTA: Society and Environment. The identification of the fields of action USTA will facilitate the interdisciplinary cooperation for the approach of complex problems, the articulation of the substantive functions, the strategic development of Centers and Institutes of research, academic programs and strategies of social responsibility, among others.Como producto de este estudio se identificaron ocho apuestas nacionales. Así mismo, la metodología empleada permitió la identificación de dos campos de acción para la USTA: Sociedad y Ambiente. La identificación de los campos de acción USTA facilitará la cooperación interdisciplinaria para el abordaje de problemas complejos, la articulación de las funciones sustantivas, el desarrollo estratégico de programas académicos, centros e institutos de investigación, y estrategias de responsabilidad social, entre otros.
