Tesis de Pregrado, Universidad Santo Tomás, Tunjahttp://hdl.handle.net/11634/44277Esta investigación realizó una propuesta Proyectual, la cual consistió en mejorar las Condiciones de Vida (CV) y Vivienda utilizando la Arquitectura Sostenible (AS), en la comunidad del Barrio Villa España (Comuna 1), de Quibdó, Chocó.; asimismo, la propuesta buscó mitigar mediante la arquitectura sostenible múltiples problemas como: la pobreza, la falta de servicios básicos, las dinámicas de violencia, falta de equipamientos adecuados, y el crecimiento urbano irregular y desordenado. Así pues, metodológicamente, la investigación se dividió en tres fases: la primera, es una fase de recolección documental, con base en las dos variables: Arquitectura Sostenible y Condiciones de Vida y Vivienda (contextuales); la segunda fase, es de interpretación, y se usó el análisis de contenido como técnica para comprender como la AS mejora las CV (Vivienda) de la comunidad; y, en la tercera fase, se ejecutó el diseño y construcción de la propuesta proyectual arquitectónica.This research carried out a project proposal, which consisted of improving the Living and Housing Conditions (LVC) using Sustainable Architecture (SA), in the community of Barrio Villa España (Commune 1), Quibdó, Chocó; also, the proposal sought to mitigate through sustainable architecture multiple problems such as: poverty, lack of basic services, dynamics of violence, lack of adequate facilities, and irregular and disorderly urban growth. Thus, methodologically, the research was divided into three phases: the first phase is a documentary collection phase, based on the two variables: Sustainable Architecture and Living and Housing Conditions (contextual); the second phase is of interpretation, and content analysis was used as a technique to understand how the SA improves the VC (Housing) of the community; and, in the third phase, the design and construction of the architectural project proposal was executed.
