Tunja.http://hdl.handle.net/11634/31596El presente proyecto titulado centro de desarrollo social y humano se realiza con la finalidad de mitigar los problemas estructurales de la pobreza de la comuna norte de Quibdó a través de la búsqueda de la integralidad del ser humano, bajo principios de educación, bienestar y cultura. El proyecto va enfocado en suplir las necesidades en el ámbito de la capacitación y la formalización en el sector, el cual por su conformación y tipo de población se presenta como el de mayor recepción de población vulnerable y el de mayores conflictos sociales de Quibdó. Teniendo en cuenta que el sector norte hoy en día se presenta con el mayor índice de pobreza del municipio con un 63 % de esta y que esto influye en la decadencia del sector educativo y laboral, es pertinente desarrollar un proyecto social que mitigue estas problemáticas y ayude a la conformación del sector norte, el cual por su desarrollo es uno de los de mayor des configuración urbana.
