Por tal razón, se aplicará un método histórico-lógico el cual permitirá realizar un recuento histórico y cronológico desde el año 63 D.C hasta el año 2023. Este artículo ofrece al lector una visión más amplia de este conflicto desde la realidad Social, política y Religiosa, con el fin de determinar la Génesis de esta disputa territorial. por medio de esta investigación se definirá el marco legal y acuerdos internacionales aplicables a este conflicto y como han permeado en la solución de este.This paper will analyze the Palestinian-Israeli conflict from an international humanitarian law perspective while using a qualitative approach to explain the most significant events leading to this conflict. To achieve this, a historical-logical method will be applied, allowing for a historical and chronological review from the year 63 AD to 2023. The article provides readers with a broader perspective of the conflict from social, political, and religious realities to understand the genesis of this territorial dispute.
