Ahora bien, la relación entre tipologías, es el origen de irregularidades espaciales y proyectuales; generando de este modo, preexistencias en la construcción del espacio público y con ello, apelando al funcionalismo ingenuo. En consecuencia, este proyecto de investigación rechaza la separación entre el espacio público y el proyecto arquitectónico; por el contrario, sienta su postura en, cómo la arquitectura da inicio a la creación y articulación de nuevos hechos urbanos complejos, basados en la teoría Aldo Rossi, sobre “el inicio de ciudad, En función al monumento”. Logrando así, la resignificación del espacio público bajo parámetros del proyecto arquitectónico, beneficiando a la ciudad y sus habitantes.This document focuses on determining project strategies for public space, structured from the architectural project; considering this as a project element of analysis. Now, the relationship between typologies is the origin of spatial and projectual irregularities; thus generating pre-existences in the construction of public space and thereby appealing to naive functionalism.
