En el presente trabajo, se desarrolla un plan prospectivo de la Secretaría de Hacienda del municipio de Guamal – Magdalena, con el cual se busca crear posibles escenarios a partir de un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la entidad. En el proceso se crearon objetivos, se analizaron los factores internos y externos que tienen incidencia en la entidad, con el fin de crear acciones que permitan aprovechar las oportunidades y mitigar aquellas posibles amenazas a las que se pueda enfrentar. Con este trabajo, que tiene fines académicos, se busca presentar a la secretaria de hacienda del municipio de Guamal, una ruta de acciones encaminadas a el logro de su misión y visiónStrategic planning is a management tool that allows entities to establish the path to follow to achieve their stated objectives, maximizing the use of their human and physical resources.
