Iniciando con el perfil de la empresa, posteriormente se exponen los lineamientos normativos que se deben tener en cuenta para los sistemas de acueducto, alcantarillado y sus obras complementarias, así como las actividades que se desarrollaron durante la práctica, de las cuales se presentará un respectivo análisis acerca de las debilidades, oportunidades, fortalezas y amenazas que surgieron tanto en lo laboral como en lo personal. Además, se considerarán los aportes que contribuyeron a la mejora continua de la empresa, las lecciones aprendidas que se dieron a partir de inconvenientes o de experiencias y finalmente se proponen las recomendaciones para la empresa y para la universidad, con el fin de aportar a su crecimiento.This document details the aspects that influenced during the six months of development of the internship carried out as technical support to the technical management of the aqueduct and sewage company of Villavicencio E.S.P.
