Entendiendo la dinámica financiera, en cuanto a su visión, retos y estrategias comerciales que se plantean en las diferentes áreas de la entidad, para con ello, mantener su posición y crear nuevas propuestas frente al cambio. Destacando así la importancia de conocer la estructura organizacional, a través de la práctica empresarial, para nuestra propia evolución profesional y laboral. Permitiendo relacionar los conocimientos, conceptos y teoría aplicada en la institución con los diferentes entornos organizacionales.The purpose of this report is to present the process, functions and learning of business practice in the financial group Bancolombia S. A, in the administrative area of Villavicencio.
