En este aspecto es procedente afirmar que surgen tres relaciones contractuales, como son la laboral, la publicitaria y la de transferencia. Los tres tipos de contratos, aunque son diferentes se relacionan entre si, al punto que en algún momento suelen confundirse, por lo que es importante fijar criterios que permitan su diferenciación, analizando detalladamente el contrato para la trasferencia de jugadores, por ser la primera relación que surge y por medio de la cual el futbolista se vincula a un club.In the soccer’s world as sport and as show arise several legal relationships that is important to address, mainly in which are involved players and teams of soccer directly.
