Esta propuesta surge como resultado de un estudio tipológico a la oferta actual, donde sin importar el estrato, el lugar y número de integrantes, se ofrecen las mismas soluciones, radicando la diferencia en el tamaño del espacio, cantidad de espacios complementarios y acabados, cada una de estas unidades habitacionales construidas en sistemas estructurales tradicionales poco flexibles reduciendo las posibilidades de adaptación.This graduation project is an alternative for multifamily housing, which consists of provides different forms of organization and extension according to the needs of the resident families, taking into account that are high-rise housing.
