Bucaramanga, Colombiahttp://hdl.handle.net/11634/53156La residencia de estudiantes es un tipo de hospedaje temporal hacia una comunidad en específico, la tipología aparece con la necesidad de crear espacios para aquellos que buscan establecerse en otros lugares en busca de una nueva experiencia educativa, la residencia es un lugar donde el estudiante debe sentirse cómodo seguro, debe promover la interacción social dentro de su comunidad La metodología realizada para este proyecto inicia con la investigación del origen de las residencias universitarias con el fin de analizar la historia y definición del objeto arquitectónico, siguiente a esto se inicia un análisis tipológico de referentes internacionales para entender sus diferentes componentes ‘’urbano técnico y funcional para así de esta manera conocer el funcionamiento de una residencia de estudiantes, para la apropiada implantación del proyecto se realiza un análisis de los diferentes barrios cercanos a las universidades para determinar la mejor posición para la implantación del objeto, , ya por último se realiza el análisis del lote para obtener información la cual se aplicara al pre diseño arquitectónico para poder tomar las respectivas decisiones que faciliten la elaboración del objeto arquitectónicoThe student residence is a type of temporary housing for a specific community, the typology appears with the need to create spaces for those who seek to settle in other places in search of a new educational experience, the residence is a place where the student should feel comfortable and safe, it should promote social interaction within their community.
