El problema se presenta ahora que las personas están retornando al municipio y no encuentran nada con que salir adelante. Es por esto que se plantea un centro de capacitación ecoturístico en el cual se les brinde a los jóvenes una educación de calidad, y que sean estos mismos los que ayuden a que el municipio resurja en el tiempo dando a conocer los potenciales turísticos con los que cuenta Chalán.The project manifested from the desire to provide a second opportunity to the community of Chalán, who went through several violent events, causing the community a reduction of more than half of its population, thereby leading it to lag over the years. The problem arises now that the people have decide to return home, struggling with the few chances to move forward.
