Esto con el fin de mitigar el impacto ambiental, crear consciencia, reducir el uso de recursos no renovables, hacer usos de los recursos renovables y suplir las necesidades en este campo de la construcción. El modelo de agrupación campestre bajo parámetros de vivienda sostenible, en la ciudad de Tunja se concibe bajo la necesidad de crear construcciones de vivienda adecuada cómodas y que cuenten con un desarrollo amigable con el medio ambiente, partiendo de las variaciones climáticas las cuales impactan factores relacionados con el diseño y la construcción de la misma, sin dejar atrás los principios de confortabilidad y salud de los seres humanos. Este modelo se encuentra ubicado en el sector norte de la ciudad de Tunja, el cual cuenta con un desarrollo urbano para el mejoramiento de la ciudad, brindando calidad de vida al ciudadano y crecimiento a este sector de la ciudad.In Colombia there is a low appropriation of the sustainability system in the field of architecture, however, it seeks to manage a balance between constructions, economy and the care of enviroment. This in order to mitigate the environmental impact, create awareness, reduce the use of non-renewable resources, make use of renewable resources and meet the needs in this field of construction. The rural grouping model under sustainable housing parameters, in the city of Tunja is conceived under the need to create comfortable adequate housing constructions that have a friendly development with the environment, based on climatic variations which impact related factors with the design and construction of the same, without leaving behind the principles of comfort and health of human beings.
