Repositorio institucionalhttp://hdl.handle.net/11634/33544Mediante el presente escrito, se busca proponer diferentes estrategias que puedan ser útiles para mejorar las falencias identificadas en el periodo de prácticas, en los procesos operativos del área de Energy and Project Solutions de la compañía DSV AIR & SEA SAS, tales como la falta de instructivos, el desorden en los procesos y la demora en la respuesta al cliente. Este proceso se llevó a cabo en pro de incrementar la eficiencia y la calidad del servicio ofertado por la compañía, se propusieron objetivos a corto y a largo plazo ligados a herramientas que se buscaban implementar en toda el área de la compañía y algunas otras tan solo en puestos específicos de ella. Gracias a esto se logró un avance significativo y una mejora notoria relacionada al funcionamiento interno del área, generando así una gran acogida a la mayoría de opciones propuestas.This paper seeks to propose different strategies that may be useful to improve the shortcomings identified during the internship period, in the operational processes of Energy and Project Solutions area of the company DSV AIR & SEA SAS, such as the lack of instructions, the disorder in the processes and the delay in the response to the customer. This process was carried out in order to increase the efficiency and quality of the service offered by the company, short and long term objectives were proposed linked to tools that were intended to be implemented in the whole area of the company and some others only in specific positions of the company.
