Se brindó asesoría especializada y se gestionaron diversos servicios orientados al apoyo académico e investigativo. Además, se avanzó en vigilancia tecnológica, bibliometría e innovación, así como en actividades culturales y de proyección social. Todo ello se realizó en articulación con distintas áreas y departamentos a nivel nacional, en línea con el Plan Integral Multicampus, con el fin de ofrecer recursos electrónicos, herramientas de investigación, software y servicios especializados que apoyan la formación y visibilidad de la producción intelectual de la institución.During the first semester of 2021, CRAI-USTA strengthened its physical, technological, and communications infrastructure, promoting the development of collections and information literacy skills. Specialized advisory services were provided, and various services were managed to support academic and research activities. Additionally, progress was made in technology surveillance, bibliometrics, and innovation, as well as in cultural and social outreach activities.
