Este estudio tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, de corte transversal. La muestra se realiza con 51 deportistas usuarios del club (Adultos, niños, niñas). Esta medición se realizará por el modelo SERVQUAL de calidad de servicio, el cual consiste en 22 ítems que se agrupan en 5 dimensiones (elementos tangibles/infraestructura, fiabilidad, capacidad de respuesta, seguridad y empatía/servicio esperado). Los resultados indican una mayoría considerable de respuestas positivas de acuerdo con los diferentes aspectos evaluados del club.This work is carried out in order to identify and understand the athletes' perspective on the quality of service and satisfaction at the Real Bogotá speed skating sports club. This study has a quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional approach. The sample is carried out with 51 athletes who are users of the club (Adults, boys, girls). This measurement will be carried out by the SERVQUAL model of service quality, which consists of 22 items that are grouped into 5 dimensions (tangible elements/infrastructure, reliability, responsiveness, security and empathy/expected service).
