A partir de esto se realiza un estudio a los hoteles que se encuentran actualmente en el municipio, obteniendo como resultado que la cantidad de habitaciones no abastecen el porcentaje de turistas. Por lo que se plantea el desarrollo de un hotel tres estrellas, cuya finalidad será cumplir con las necesidades locales, brindar confort, generar una integración con el entorno y mantener una relación del usuario con la cultura del lugar.The objective of the study arises from the analysis of tourism that is presented in San Juan del Cesar, as it is a municipality where tourists come all year round, who seek to stay, in order to enjoy the festivities, the heritage of the place and its corrections. From this a study is carried out to the hotels that are currently in the municipality, resulting in the number of rooms not supplying the percentage of tourists.
