El proyecto parte de investigar el impacto que puede llegar a tener el diseño físico espacial de una infraestructura educativa en los ambientes escolares y en su entorno inmediato. A lo largo del libro se plantean varias premisas de diseño, las cuales dan cuenta de la investigación realizada, desde las interacciones físico espaciales de los diferentes espacios del colegio entre sí, como, de las relaciones de la pieza arquitectónica con su entorno inmediato. Los diferentes usos del programa y del espacio público que puede llegar a tener una infraestructura educativa que sirven tanto al edificio como a los habitantes del sector.The following design research project addresses the reconstruction and expansion of the Diego Echavarría Misas Educational Institution, located in the city of Medellín, precisely in the Tejelo neighborhood – commune 5. The project is based on investigating the impact that the physical and spatial design can have of an educational infrastructure in school environments and in their immediate surroundings. Throughout the book, several design premises are proposed, which account for the research carried out, from the physical-spatial interactions of the different spaces of the school with each other, as well as the relationships of the architectural piece with its immediate environment.
