Para dar cumplimiento al objetivo general del trabajo se desarrollaron tres objetivos específicos que consisten en diagnosticar, estructurar y validar los requisitos de la NTC ISO 9001:2015, la metodología en la que se basó esta investigación es de tipo cualitativo. El principal hallazgo fue el incipiente cumplimiento de los requisitos de la NTC ISO 9001:2015 lo que conlleva a hacer un diseño de la estructura para una posterior implementación del sistema de gestión de calidad en el club.This research grade work aims to structure a quality management system for the Pronat Sports Club since it is a competitiveness tool that will contribute to its growth and development within the sports context in Colombia. In order to comply with the general objective of the work, three specific objectives were developed that consist of diagnosing, structuring and validating the requirements of the NTC ISO 9001:2015, the methodology on which this research was based is qualitative.
