Villavicencio, Meta, Colombia: Facultad de Derecho, Especialización en Derecho Administrativo, Universidad Santo Tomás.http://repository.usta.edu.co/handle/11634/12373El objetivo principal de esta trabajo es evidenciar como ha sido el desarrollo jurisprudencial en primera medida de las personas con una identidad de sexo transgenero que han decidido por su condición efectuar la modificación en la casilla de genero sexual al de su elección, a su vez, identificar la legislación mediante la cual se preceptúa el tramite anteriormente mencionado, los requisitos que debe cumplir y las formalidades de este, posteriormente indicar las limitaciones que esta normatividad presenta a las personas menores de edad que deciden de manera autónoma y con apoyo de sus representantes legales efectuar el mencionado tramite, consecuente a esto dilucidar como ha decidido la H. Corte Constitucional referente al tema, y finalmente se brindara un punto de vista critico por parte de los presentes autores.The main objective of this work is to show how the jurisprudential development has been in the first instance of people with a transgender sex identity who have decided by their condition to make the modification in the box of sexual gender to their choice, in turn, identify the legislation through which the aforementioned process is prescribed, the requirements that must be met and the formalities of this, then indicate the limitations that this regulation presents to minors who decide autonomously and with the support of their legal representatives make the aforementioned procedure, consistent with this clarify how the H.
