El objetivo de esta investigación fue identificar las voces de los docentes del ciclo I del Colegio Pablo de Tarso en relación con la articulación curricular, lo que permitirá establecer su discurso como insumo en la propuesta de estrategias de mejora a nivel institucional.This document contains the results of a research work framed within the Pedagogy and Curriculum investigative line of the master’s in education from the Santo Tomás University. The objective of this research was to identify how the voices of the teachers of cycle I of the Pablo de Tarso school express themselves in relation to the curricular articulation, which will allow to establish their discourse to serve as input in the proposal of improvement strategies at the institutional level. The research was developed with the application of a qualitative methodology through a reflectivedescriptive study. The techniques used to collect the information were of ethnographic type, with varied instruments such as a descriptive questionnaire used for the diagnosis, as well as the application of semi-structured interviews. In addition, an awareness workshop was carried out, which allowed the voices of the teachers to be gathered representing their opinions, tensions and proposals for improvement of the curriculum articulation.
