Debido a ello, el presente escrito, realizo un análisis entorno al proceso administrativo sancionatorio migratorio que se adelanta por parte de la Unidad Administrativa especial de Migración en Colombia, verificando temas como el ingreso, permanencia y expulsión de migrantes venezolanos, además de las garantías constitucionales conexas al debido proceso que nacen con ocasión a sanciones establecidas por conductas que van en contra del orden público del estado, las cuales son impuestas por parte de Migración Colombia.Within the Colombian regulatory system there is no special law that regulates the administrative sanctioning procedure in immigration matters, for this reason, said procedure has been regulated through decrees, a situation that puts the due process of migrants and their fundamental rights at risk.
