Este trabajo se propone integrar tanto lo arquitectónico como lo social, cultural y educativo, en aras de contribuir a una mejor calidad de vida de los lugareños. Buscando igual-mente la protección de los niños, dándoles un lugar seguro donde pasar el tiempo libre. Este proyecto se desarrolló en dos semestres académicos (9° y 10°), teniendo en cuenta que en el taller 9° se realiza el desarrollo de la idea inicial y el anteproyecto arquitectónico. En el taller 10° el desarrollo técnico y entrega del proyecto final. Con este proyecto, se pretende dar solución a la crisis urbano – ambiental y social; con la creación del Parque Biblioteca: “ El renacer de un Pueblo”, evitando que los jóvenes encuentren en la delincuencia, la solución a todas sus dificultades económica.The university in its curriculum, proposes in its last two semesters, in the faculty of archi-tecture, a workshop on urban intervention, somewhere in the Colombian territory that has been touched by the armed conflict.
