A través de este artículo se demostrará que estas personas no cuentan con las garantías laborales que de por sí le corresponden. De igual manera, se demostrará la importancia de que estos prestadores de servicios estén vinculados al Sistema de Seguridad Social en caso de que sufran alguna contingencia en horas laborales ya que, como se evidenciara, ellos están expuestos a diferentes riesgos por el hecho de cumplir con su trabajo.This research work explores the employment situation in which service providers of technological applications such as Rappi and Uber Eats find themselves. Through this article it will be shown that these people do not have the labor guarantees that correspond to them.
