Transformación Digital en el Derecho Contencioso Administrativo Colombiano durante el periodo 2020 - 2024: Desafíos y Oportunidadeshttp://hdl.handle.net/11634/67046El presente trabajo de grado plantea como objetivo analizar los avances de la Transformación Digital del Derecho Contencioso Administrativo Colombiano durante los años 2020-2024, así como los desafíos y oportunidades que estos traen consigo, por medio de la descripción de estos avances tecnológicos, la identificación de los principales desafíos y oportunidades que surgen del proceso de TD y la propuesta de recomendaciones específicas para enfrentar estos desafíos. Está estructurado en cinco apartados: En primer lugar, la introducción presenta el contexto general del tema, estableciendo las bases para la investigación. El capítulo 1 aborda la descripción del problema, incluyendo la delimitación del mismo, la pregunta de investigación, los objetivos, justificación y la metodología utilizada. El capítulo 2 expone los conceptos clave que son necesarios para comprender los temas tratados a lo largo del trabajo. El capítulo 3 se enfoca en el desarrollo de los objetivos específicos, detallando los resultados obtenidos. Finalmente, se presentan las conclusiones, que sintetizan los hallazgos y aportes del estudio.The objective of this thesis is to analyze the advances in the Digital Transformation of Colombian Administrative Litigation Law during the years 2020-2024, as well as the challenges and opportunities that these bring with them, through the description of these technological advances, the identification of the main challenges and opportunities arising from the TD process and the proposal of specific recommendations to address these challenges. It is structured in five sections: First, the introduction presents the general context of the topic, laying the foundations for research. Chapter 1 deals with the description of the problem, including its delineation, research question, objectives, rationale and methodology used. Chapter 2 sets out the key concepts needed to understand the topics covered throughout the work. Chapter 3 focuses on the development of specific objectives, detailing the results obtained.
