Universidad Santo Tomás, Bucaramanga, Colombia.http://hdl.handle.net/11634/15921El inmueble se encuentra localizado en el centro de la ciudad de Santa Marta por su importancia histórica a nivel nacional e internacional, debido que es la primera ciudad consolidada en Colombia y la segunda en su contexto latinoamericano, esta tiene una gran influencia por los indígenas debido a su sistema montañoso, la ciudad presenta un gran valor arquitectónico ya que se encuentra con una mixtura de arquitectura española y colombiana, la cual se realizó en el sitio debido a sus condiciones climáticas totalmente diferentes a las tradicionales de sus pensamientos, es en este punto que nace el interés de realizar el inventario de la vivienda Ujueta el cual data su construcción del año 1773, y se encuentra la combinación instituto de la arquitectura colonial española y la que se realizó al momento de ejecutar su construcción.The property is located in the center of the city of Santa Marta because of its importance at a national and international level, because it is the first consolidated city in Colombia and the second in its Latin American context, this is a great influence for the indigenous people due to its system mountainous, the city presents a great architectural value and is found with a mixture of Spanish and Colombian architecture, which is carried out on the site due to its climatic conditions totally different from the traditional ones of its thoughts.
