El Sacha Inchi es una nueva alternativa de producción agroindustrial en Colombia, que por su alto contenido en Omega 3, 6 y 9 ayuda a mejorar las facultades neurocognitivas, ayuda a controlar el colesterol, tiene propiedades anti edad, (SachaColombia, 2018), además por su alto grado de rentabilidad, se ha convertido en un agronegocio y en el campo de acción social es utilizado para la sustitución de cultivos ilícito, de allí viene la importancia de la investigación sobre éste cultivo para la conformación, consolidación y fortalecimiento de la cadena de valor de Sacha Inchi. Teniendo en cuenta que nuestro principal foco de investigación, sobre los canales de comercialización del cultivo de Sacha Inchi, será en los municipios de Villavicencio, Granada, San Martin y Puerto López del departamento del Meta, vamos a dar a conocer en este documento el eslabón de la cadena productiva del Cultivo de Sacha Inchi, quiénes producen y quiénes consumen.The research project entitled “Characterisation of the marketing link in the value chain of the Sacha Inchi (Plukenetia Volubilis) crop in the department of Meta"; is a brief analysis of the regional context in which the actors involved in this process and the structure of the marketing channels arising from the Sacha Inchi crop are highlighted. Sacha Inchi is a new agroindustrial production alternative in Colombia, which due to its high content in Omega3, 6 and 9, helps to improve neurocognitive faculties, helps to control cholesterol, has properties to prevent anxiety, (SachaColombia, 2016), in addition to its high degree of profitability, has become anagribusiness and in the field of socialaction is used for the substitution ofillicit crops, hence the importance ofresearch on this crop for the conformation, consolidation and strengthening of the value chain of Sacha Inchi.
