El objetivo principal de este plan es beneficiar tanto a la empresa como a sus clientes, buscando optimizar los procesos y fortalecer la posición de la compañía en el mercado. Al concluir el documento, se destacarán las propuestas del plan de mejora que surgieron a partir de mi experiencia como practicante a freight broker y que han sido aprobadas por la empresa, reflejando así el compromiso con la implementación efectiva de estrategias orientadas al crecimiento sostenible y la mejora continua.This document, presented as an integral part of the professional internship process, aims to introduce Destiny Investments Group, present a detailed vision of the company and its operating environment. Throughout the document, a SWOT analysis will be conducted in order to identify the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats that influence the company's performance and competitiveness in the market, as a basis for developing an improvement plan. The main objective of this plan is to benefit both the company and its clients, seeking to optimize processes and strengthen the company's position in the market.
