La investigación Acción Participativa y la sistematización de experiencias fueron las herramientas utilizadas a lo largo de la investigación para rescatar su historia y reflexionar sobre ella.This investigation presents the historical reconstruction of popular Suba's Pre Icfes between 2010 and 2014, a common education process in Bogota city that takes into consideration political intentions, the territory in which it works and the structures of knowledge that makes independent (or decolonization).
