Segundo, tratar de describir el Principio de seguridad jurídica en torno a la aplicación de las normas constitucionales y legales, teniendo en cuenta la reglamentación y el margen de acción en torno a la libertad atribuida al legislador y la aplicación del precedente Judicial. Tercero, que ha de entenderse por Seguridad Jurídica, teniendo como base este principio constitucional, se plantearan algunas conclusiones críticas que pretenden señalar un estudio del principio de seguridad jurídica para entender su importancia en el Estado social de derecho, entendido éste como la extensión de los derechos y su carácter de supremacía sobre los ordenamientos jurídicos.This investigation claims the review of the construction of the concept of juridical safety in three epochs: First, to divide certain historical cycles because it is necessary to try (get) to announce the trajectory and trip across (through) the history of the beginning of Juridical Safety in Colombia. Second, to try to describe the Beginning of juridical safety concerning the application of the constitutional and legal norms, bearing in mind the rules and the action margin concerning the freedom attributed to the legislator and the application of the Judicial precedent.
