Cabe destacar que este fenómeno migratorio presenta dos procesos: uno, la emigración que es el salir del lugar de origen hacia otro territorio; dos, la inmigración que se caracteriza por la entrada de personas a un territorio distinto al suyo, es decir, en el cual éstos no nacieron o no son oriundos. Igualmente, se debe resaltar que el proceso emigratorio ha afectado en gran medida a los países receptores, debido a que para éstos, la llegada de emigrantes ha generado un crecimiento en la competencia para sus ciudadanos, al igual que el aumento de la población. Para mitigar los efectos que genera la llegada de emigrantes, los países receptores deciden cerrar sus fronteras, para así controlar la entrada y así poder seleccionar de buena manera la mano de obra que necesitan.Migration has been one of the phenomena that has occurred since the beginning of human life, and which has affected the entire world.
